The Bargain Barn Fabrics Customer Service Policy
Our goal is to serve you:
Your satisfaction is important. We desire to serve you with a good selection of quality merchandise. Our effort is to fill your orders accurately, and promptly. If you have a request for information, or comments that we need to address, we will work with you politely to answer your concerns.
If you request it, we will add you to our "specials" listing which means that you may receive a periodic e-mail about special promotions, products or services you are interested in. Additionally, we will remove you from our email list any time you notify us to do so. We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your email information with any other party.
As soon as possible, we will be adding our Gallery. You can be a part of our Gallery by sending us an email with pictures and descriptions of things you have made, and we will post them for you. We will also work to promote educational "how to" projects. You will find monthly "how to" projects complete with photographs of construction tips. We hope you will share your finished projects with us, allowing us to post your creations in our gallery.
Sales Tax
bargainbarndiscountfabrics.com is located in Virginia. All sales within the state of Virginia, or sales outside the state of Virginia but are shipped to a Virginia address are subject to the state sales tax of 5%.
Payment
Payment for your order is processed prior to shipping.
Order Changes
It is our best effort to ship as soon as an order is received and payment process is complete. Order changes can not be accommodated after shipment.
Dye Lot Variation
Bargainbarndiscountfabrics.com can not guarantee that dye lot variation will not occur. We recommend that you be sure to order the quantity of product that you need, then if possible, allow yourself a margin of error; that way you will not run short.
If you are ordering several pre-cut fabrics on the same order, we will make a visual comparison at the time we fill your order to best insure that there is no dye lot variation. Any question we have about filling your order will be made by email or phone, prior to shipping.
If you must re-order, and we still have your product instock, we can not guarentee that we will be cutting from the same roll. Dye lot variation is possible.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package immediately. If damage has occurred you must make your claim with the shipper.
No warranties are given or expressed.
