Returns Policy
Any order that was sold by the full piece may be returned within 10 days of receipt of the product in new condition, uncut, clean and smoke free. Customer must prepay return shipping. Cut yardage can not be returned. Cut yardage is when we have at your request cut a specified length of product for you. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns will be inspected upon receipt to evaluate the condition and then a refund for product less shipping and handling will be credited to your account within 14 days. Please include the packing slip for proper credit to your account.
